In this industry, many batches of printed or unprinted rolls need to be handled, and speed is essential.

We have developed a special Roll Doffing Trolley, which allows an entire batch of narrow rolls to be removed from the axle at once. This saves time and increases output, allowing production to immediately proceed with the next batch. In combination with a handler with an extended mandrel, rolls can be taken off the trolley at once and moved to the desired location.

Increase productivity

Label and narrow web rolls often tend to telescope. This occurs with rolls that are lifted vertically or tilted from a horizontal to a vertical position. These rolls are often made of a smooth material. For this, we have developed an Anti Telescoping Unit (ATU). The ATU is an additional clamp that clamps the outside of the roll so that the roll does not telescope without damaging its exterior.
