Roll handling solutions for yarn & textile

Often lifting manually light rolls but in large quantities can have consequences for the health of the staff. Dotec handlers are designed to work quickly and lightly, taking into account weights and frequency with high and low placing positions in this industry. The dimensions of the handler are based on the size of the roll, so the operator never has a too large, cumbersome handler in their hands for small and relatively light rolls. Within the yarn and textile industry, there is a lot of variation in the type of rolls; rolls can have the shape of a bottle, a large, small, or no core. For this, we have developed many different techniques to handle all these types of rolls.

In addition, we also make handlers suitable for removing rolls from boxes and turning them to the desired position so that they can be further processed in the process. Because the handler can directly lift, tilt, and simultaneously rotate the roll, unloading boxes of rolls becomes efficient without the operator being physically strained.
